Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Bosch DCNM-APS2 require any network configuration?
No: it is specified for zero network configuration. It relies on the Ethernet IEEE 802.3 standard and on OMNEO, Bosch's audio-over-IP protocol: the system discovers itself once it is cabled.
What happens if a cable fails on the Bosch DCNM-APS2?
It supports bus connection with cable redundancy. In a conference room where the conference units are chained to one another, this redundancy prevents a broken link from isolating half of the chain.
Does the Bosch DCNM-APS2 handle acoustic feedback?
Yes: it has built-in acoustic feedback suppression, echo cancellation and an equaliser. These are the three processes that determine the maximum usable level in a room before the sound starts to howl.
How many audio channels does the Bosch DCNM-APS2 process?
Two channels, both input and output. It is an audio processor and powering switch: it powers the conference units and routes the audio, in a single chassis.
What is the power consumption of the Bosch DCNM-APS2?
530 W, at 50 or 60 Hz. That is the consumption of a power supply device: this unit does not just process the signal, it also supplies power to the connected units, hence this high level.
What are the dimensions of the Bosch DCNM-APS2?
440 x 400 x 92 mm and 7.62 kg, in black. The 440 mm width corresponds to a 19-inch rack format: the unit fits into an existing equipment rack.
Does the Bosch DCNM-APS2 use power when not in use?
It has a standby mode, presented as an environmentally friendly measure. On equipment that draws 530 W in operation and stays installed permanently, it is standby that determines the actual annual consumption.
In what environment does the Bosch DCNM-APS2 operate?
It is rated for 5 to 96% relative humidity, non-condensing. That is a wide range, covering an air-conditioned equipment room as well as a conference room in a humid climate.
Is the Bosch DCNM-APS2 audio switch new and under warranty?
New, reference DCNM-APS2, in original Bosch packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for if you make a claim.
