This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Does the Bosch DCNM-APS2 require any network configuration?
No: it is specified for zero network configuration. It relies on the Ethernet IEEE 802.3 standard and on OMNEO, Bosch's audio-over-IP protocol: the system discovers itself once it is cabled.
What happens if a cable fails on the Bosch DCNM-APS2?
It supports bus connection with cable redundancy. In a conference room where the conference units are chained to one another, this redundancy prevents a broken link from isolating half of the chain.
Does the Bosch DCNM-APS2 handle acoustic feedback?
Yes: it has built-in acoustic feedback suppression, echo cancellation and an equaliser. These are the three processes that determine the maximum usable level in a room before the sound starts to howl.
