Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard layout : images are most often QWERTY or international; the layout actually delivered (AZERTY or QWERTY) is the one stated in the specifications — check it before ordering.
  • Backlighting : a keyboard photographed lit up is not necessarily backlit, and the lighting effect depends on the model.
  • Format and keys : format (full-size, TKL, compact), numeric keypad and media keys change from one reference to another.
  • Connection : wired, wireless with a USB receiver or Bluetooth: the photo cannot settle it.
  • Items alongside : a mouse, mat, wrist rest or keyboard shown next to the product are included only if the title states it is a bundle.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Rapoo M100 Silent work without a USB receiver?
Yes. In addition to its 2.4 GHz nano receiver, it connects over Bluetooth 3.0, 4.0 or 5.0. This is handy on a laptop short of USB ports, on a tablet or a phone, or simply when the receiver stayed at the office. The receiver is stored inside the mouse so it is not lost on the move. It weighs only about 55 g, battery included, and slips into a laptop bag.
Can the M100 Silent be used on two devices?
Yes, it remembers up to two devices and switches between them with a single click, for example from a PC linked to the nano receiver to a tablet over Bluetooth. No need to pair again at each change: working on two screens in parallel becomes simple, at the office as at home. The range reaches 10 metres around the device. No driver is required for either connection.
Is the Rapoo M100 Silent really silent?
Yes. Its buttons use silent micro-switches that muffle the click. You can click as much as you like without disturbing anyone: in a library, an open-plan office, a café or at home in the evening. It is also a good choice for video meetings, where the click of a standard mouse can be heard. Its clicks still remain crisp.
Which battery does the Rapoo M100 Silent use?
One AA alkaline battery, supplied in the box. An on/off switch saves it when the mouse is put away. Rapoo quotes a battery life of 9 to 12 months depending on the version, thanks to its power-saving technologies; actual life depends on daily use and the connection mode chosen. No recharging is needed, and the mouse stays light, at around 55 g.
Which systems is the M100 Silent compatible with?
It works with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Chrome OS. Over Bluetooth, it connects to an iPad, a phone or a Chromebook; with the USB nano receiver, it works on any computer without installation. Its compact, ambidextrous shape suits small and medium hands, left-handers included. No driver needs to be installed.
