Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard layout : images are most often QWERTY or international; the layout actually delivered (AZERTY or QWERTY) is the one stated in the specifications — check it before ordering.
  • Backlighting : a keyboard photographed lit up is not necessarily backlit, and the lighting effect depends on the model.
  • Format and keys : format (full-size, TKL, compact), numeric keypad and media keys change from one reference to another.
  • Connection : wired, wireless with a USB receiver or Bluetooth: the photo cannot settle it.
  • Items alongside : a mouse, mat, wrist rest or keyboard shown next to the product are included only if the title states it is a bundle.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How does the HP Z3700 dual-connectivity mouse connect?
In two switchable ways: via the 2.4 GHz USB-A receiver or by direct Bluetooth 5.0+ pairing. This lets you move from a desktop to a laptop without re-pairing.
What is the battery life of this HP Z3700?
Up to 16 months on the supplied AA battery. It is not rechargeable: you replace the battery a little more than once a year, with no cable needed.
How much does this HP Z3700 mouse weigh?
50 grams. It is a slim pocket mouse, designed to slip into a laptop bag: you will not feel it in the bag, and it takes up little room on an aeroplane tray table.
Are the clicks on this Z3700 quiet?
Yes, HP highlights quieter clicks than on the previous model. It matters in a shared space or on video calls, where the click gets picked up by the microphone.
How much recycled plastic does this mouse contain?
50% post-consumer recycled plastic. A precise figure, useful for the file of a purchase subject to an environmental policy.
Where does the USB receiver go when you carry the mouse?
Inside the mouse. It is the detail that stops you losing the dongle at the bottom of a laptop bag — crucial on a model intended for travel.
Which surfaces does this mouse work on?
Almost all of them: its 1,600 DPI blue LED optical sensor keeps tracking where a conventional red sensor loses track, on a light-coloured worktop or a glossy table.
Up to what distance does this Z3700 work?
Up to 10 metres from the receiver. That is well beyond a workstation: enough to control a computer connected to a meeting-room screen from the back of the room.
Which systems is this mouse compatible with?
Windows 10 and 11, macOS and ChromeOS. The receiver is recognised straight away, with no driver to install on any of these systems.
Is this HP Z3700 mouse new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, it is a new HP product, reference 758A8AA, barcode 197029312853. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Datasheet: HP Z3700 dual-connectivity wireless mouse.
