Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard layout : images are most often QWERTY or international; the layout actually delivered (AZERTY or QWERTY) is the one stated in the specifications — check it before ordering.
  • Backlighting : a keyboard photographed lit up is not necessarily backlit, and the lighting effect depends on the model.
  • Format and keys : format (full-size, TKL, compact), numeric keypad and media keys change from one reference to another.
  • Connection : wired, wireless with a USB receiver or Bluetooth: the photo cannot settle it.
  • Items alongside : a mouse, mat, wrist rest or keyboard shown next to the product are included only if the title states it is a bundle.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What size is the Goliathus Extended Chroma Fortnite Edition?
920 × 294 mm and 3 mm thick — the “extended” format, cut to hold the keyboard and the mouse on the same surface. It therefore takes up the full width of a standard desk: measure before ordering.
How does the Chroma lighting on this Razer mouse pad work?
A Razer Chroma RGB strip runs around the edge of the pad and can be customised in the Razer software. It lights the outline of the work surface without interfering with the gliding surface itself.
Is the Goliathus surface suited to all mice?
It is made of micro-textured cloth, a weave designed to be read correctly by sensors whatever the mouse model. Razer presents it as suited to all playstyles, from sweeping movements to fine aiming.
Is a 3 mm pad thick enough for comfort?
Three millimetres is a thin profile: your wrist stays almost level with the desk, which limits the angle at the wrist. Players looking for cushioning turn to thicker pads; those who value consistent movement prefer this profile.
Is this Fortnite Edition mouse pad new and under warranty?
New, reference RZ02-02500800-R3M1, in original Razer packaging, in the colours of the Fortnite edition. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year.
