1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Why is the Logitech G740 5 mm thick?
Because it is the thickness preferred by professional players: it smooths out desk irregularities and provides a uniform playing surface, which matters especially at LAN events or tournaments, where you only discover the table on site.
Is the G740 suited to a mouse set to low sensitivity?
That is exactly what it is designed for. Its friction has been calibrated for the abrupt starts, stops and changes of direction typical of low-DPI gaming, where your hand covers long distances across the pad.
Do you need a Logitech mouse to get the most out of the G740?
Its texture has been tuned to come close to that of the test environments in which Logitech G sensors are developed: it is with these sensors that the stated precision is at its highest. The pad remains a cloth surface that optical sensors in general can read.
Does the G740 pad crease with use?
