1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 1 459 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

The Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3922i, DX C3926i and DX C3935i. These are colour multifunction workgroup copiers: check the full reference displayed on the machine before ordering.
How many pages does the Canon C-EXV 64 Cyan toner give?
25,500 pages. That is a workgroup copier yield, in a different league from a desktop cartridge: for a fleet printing a few thousand colour pages a month, that means several months between two replacements.
Can the cyan be replaced on its own on an imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX?
Yes. On these colour copiers, each colour has its own cartridge and its own slot: the cyan is removed and replaced without touching the black, yellow or magenta left in place.
Is the C-EXV 64 Cyan a genuine Canon toner?
Yes, genuine Canon. On a workgroup copier, that is not a detail: the powder passes through the entire print mechanism on every page, and it is the consumable specified by the manufacturer that keeps the machine in good shape over time.
Can a spare C-EXV 64 cartridge wait in the storeroom?
Yes. Toner is a powder: nothing dries out and no nozzle can clog, unlike liquid ink. On a workgroup copier, keeping a spare cartridge of each colour is the only way to avoid a stoppage in the middle of the day.
Is the Canon C-EXV 64 Cyan toner new and under warranty?
