1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is the difference between the Logitech G640 and the G440?
The material. The G640 is a soft, cloth pad; the G440 is hard, made of ABS. Cloth offers more stopping resistance and rolls up for transport; hard plastic favours gliding speed.
What are the dimensions of the Logitech G640 mouse pad?
460 × 400 mm and 3 mm thick. It is a large format: the mouse has plenty of room to move and part of the keyboard can sit on it, which suits low-sensitivity gaming.
Is the G640 surface suited to high-DPI gaming?
Yes: its low-friction cloth surface was designed for high-DPI gaming, improving mouse control and cursor placement accuracy.
Does the G640 mouse pad have a wrist rest?
No, the surface is flat across its entire area. On a large cloth format, that is a logical choice: your hand must be able to cross the pad without meeting any raised area.
