1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Is the Razer Firefly V2 Chroma a hard or soft mouse pad?
Hard: its surface is rigid and micro-textured, mounted on a rubber base. The mouse glides fast on it and stops sharply, unlike a cloth pad, which holds back movement more.
How many lighting zones does the Firefly V2 Chroma have?
19 Razer Chroma RGB zones, spread around the entire edge of the pad, with a palette of 16.8 million colours. Effects are set in Razer Synapse 3 and sync with the other Chroma devices on your setup.
What is the Firefly V2's cable holder for?
To stop the mouse cable from tangling and dragging on your movements. With a wired mouse, cable drag is a barely noticeable cause of lost precision: the built-in cable guide eliminates it by holding the cable above the desk.
What are the dimensions of the Razer Firefly V2 Chroma?
355 × 255 mm and 3 mm thick. It is a format intended for the mouse alone, placed next to the keyboard. The very thin profile keeps your wrist almost level with the desk.
Has the Firefly V2 surface been tested for optical sensors?
Yes, it is described as calibrated and lab-tested for optical sensors, to achieve pixel-precise tracking. That is what sets a surface designed for gaming apart from a simple hard desk pad.
Does the Firefly V2 have a wrist rest?
No, the surface is flat and uniform. On a hard pad, that makes sense: nothing should interrupt the glide or raise your hand mid-movement.
Is the Razer Firefly V2 Chroma mouse pad new and under warranty?
New, reference RZ02-03020100-R3M1, in black, in original Razer packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested when making any claim.
