1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Gigantus v2 3XL cover an entire desk?
1,200 × 550 mm and 4 mm thick: a format that covers almost the entire work surface. Keyboard, mouse and accessories all fit on one continuous surface, with no break under your wrist.
Is this extra-large mouse pad rigid?
No, it is soft, made of micro-textured cloth. It is the only viable option at this size: a 1.20 m pad rolls up to be carried or stored, which a rigid sheet would not allow.
Is the Gigantus v2 3XL backlit?
No, it has no RGB lighting. It is a pure surface pad, entirely devoted to glide and stability, with no ambient lighting and no power cable to manage.
Does a 1.20 m mouse pad stay in place?
Yes, its non-slip rubber base covers the entire surface: the larger the pad, the greater the grip area. It does not drift, even during the wide movements of low-sensitivity gaming.
Does the Gigantus v2 3XL have a wrist rest?
No, the surface is uniform across its entire area. On a pad meant to hold the keyboard as well, any raised area would get in the way of placing it or of the mouse's movement.
Is the Razer Gigantus v2 3XL mouse pad new and under warranty?
New, reference RZ02-03330500-R3M1, in black, in original Razer packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested when making any claim.
