3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 340 MAD up front by card, then 1 929 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Which printers does this CF280A toner fit?
It is specified as compatible with the HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401, M401a, M401d, M401dn and M401dw, as well as the LaserJet Pro 400 M425, MFP M425dn and M425dw multifunction printers. Check the exact reference printed on the front of your printer before ordering: within the 400 series, the models look very much alike.
Is there a high-capacity version of this cartridge?
Yes, and it is often the better deal: the HP 80X (CF280X) goes up to 6,900 pages versus 2,700 pages for this 80A, on the same printers. It even comes in a two-pack, under the reference CF280XD. The 80A remains the right choice for moderate use or to get a workstation printing again quickly.
What do the stated 2,700 pages mean in real-world use?
It is an average yield measured according to the ISO/IEC 19752 standard. Your actual result varies considerably with your documents: pages heavy with graphics and solid areas use up the cartridge far faster than a text letter. So think in terms of area covered, not number of sheets.
Is this an Original HP toner or a remanufactured compatible?
It is a genuine HP LaserJet toner, not a remanufactured compatible. It is covered by the HP Premium Protection warranty, which applies to parts and labour, and the empty cartridge can be recycled free of charge through the HP Planet Partners programme, available in more than 50 countries.
Is it sold individually or in a pack of two?
Individually: the CF280A contains a single cartridge of black toner. The two-pack only exists for the high-capacity version, reference CF280XD, i.e. two 6,900-page cartridges. If you are equipping several 400 series printers, simply order the quantity you need of the 80A.
Is the toner new and under warranty?
Yes: a new cartridge, sealed in its original packaging, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 3 months, in addition to the HP Premium Protection warranty on parts and labour. Yields, dimensions and compatibility are detailed in the HP datasheet (PDF).
