1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 649 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Which graphics card fits in the white Corsair Frame 4000D?
Up to 430 mm long — one of the most generous clearances in the category — with a 170 mm CPU cooler and a 220 mm power supply at most.
How many radiators can this case hold?
Three 360 mm mounting positions — front, top and side — of which two can be used at the same time. That is an unusual liquid cooling capacity for a mid-tower.
What is the InfiniRail system in this case?
A multi-point steel mounting rail: it slides so you can place the fans wherever you want, with no fixed mounting point. It accepts 200 mm fans at the front, 140 mm at the top.
Is the graphics card at risk of sagging in this case?
No: every Frame 4000D includes an anti-sag stabilisation arm, which protects the PCIe connector from the weight of a long, heavy card.
Is the front panel of this case removable?
Yes, the mesh front panel is removable — that is the principle of the modular FRAME chassis, which also allows the I/O panel and the motherboard tray to be replaced.
What is on the front panel of the white Frame 4000D?
One USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 and a combined audio/microphone jack — a panel that can itself be swapped for a model offering more ports.
How many drives can be installed in this case?
Two 3.5-inch drives and four 2.5-inch. Enough to combine a system SSD, gaming SSDs and a mechanical backup drive.
Which motherboards does the white Frame 4000D accept?
ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX. Full-size ATX fits without difficulty: it is a mid-tower, not a compact case.
