1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Does the Logitech MX Anywhere 3S work on glass?
Yes, on glass at least 4 mm thick. Its laser sensor tracks just as well on a wooden table as on a laminate worktop: you no longer need a mouse pad.
What is the sensitivity of the MX Anywhere 3S sensor?
8,000 dpi for a laser sensor. That is well above a typical office mouse: the cursor crosses a high-resolution screen in a single movement, without repeated wrist movements.
What does the MX Anywhere 3S's MagSpeed wheel offer?
Two scrolling modes: notch by notch to navigate precisely through a spreadsheet, or ultra-fast to fly through a long document in one flick. Switching between the two adapts automatically to how fast you scroll.
Can you use a single mouse on several computers?
Yes, thanks to Logitech Flow technology, which lets you move from one computer to another without re-pairing the mouse each time.
How many customisable buttons does the MX Anywhere 3S have?
Six, placed so they stay within reach without letting go of the mouse. The Logitech Options software lets you assign different actions to them depending on the application in use.
Is the MX Anywhere 3S suitable for left-handed users?
It is designed for the right hand: its shape follows that hand. A left-handed user should look at an ambidextrous model from the same range.
Is this mouse suitable for travel?
Yes, that is what it is made for: its compact size makes it easy to carry and usable in tight spaces — the corner of a coworking table or an aeroplane tray table, where a desktop mouse would not fit.
