This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

From what age are these headphones suitable?
They are designed for children aged 3 and over: materials chosen for use by children and a capped volume, under the Safe for Kids 3+ label. Their compact size (165 × 140 × 65 mm) and 105 g weight suit a small head and a small bag.
Is the volume really limited, and at what level?
Yes, the limiter is built into the headphones: sound level is capped at 85 dB (SPL of 85 ± 3 dB), the value chosen by the manufacturer to protect children's hearing. So there is nothing to enable in the phone or tablet settings.
Do they need charging or new batteries?
No. These are wired 3.5 mm jack headphones with no battery: they work as soon as they are plugged in, with no pairing or charging time. A real advantage for a child, who never ends up with flat headphones at the wrong moment.
Can two children listen to the same tablet at the same time?
Yes, that is the Music Share feature: you connect a second pair of headphones to the audio output socket and both children follow the same film or music. Handy in the car, at friends' houses or for working in pairs.
Does the cable detach so the headphones can be put away?
Yes, the 120 cm audio cable is detachable: it can be unplugged at any time, a design chosen by the manufacturer for safety and comfort. Once removed, it fastens with its Velcro strap, which stops it tangling or getting damaged at the bottom of a school bag.
Can they be used for online classes and video calls?
Yes. A microphone is built into the cable (sensitivity -42 dB ± 3 dB), designed for school video conferences, extracurricular activities and group work with classmates. The child is heard without having to lean towards the tablet's microphone.
Which devices can they be plugged into?
They are listed as compatible with Windows PCs, smartphones, PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch, via their 3.5 mm jack plug. Just check that your child's device has a jack socket.
Does the headband adjust to a growing child's head?
Yes, the headband is adjustable. The headphones are on-ear: the cushions rest on the ear rather than surrounding it, a size that stays in proportion to a small head.
What is in the box?
The headphones, the audio cable with microphone, a quick guide, a sheet of LOL stickers and a cardboard character to assemble. Enough to keep the child busy from unboxing and to personalise their headphones.
Does the volume limit degrade the sound?
The headphones keep a complete audio chain: 30 mm dynamic speakers, 32 ohms impedance and a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response. It is the sound level that is capped at 85 dB, not the frequency range.
Are these Energy Sistem Lol&Roll Pop Kids headphones new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in their original packaging, under reference 451876, with a 1-year warranty for which the purchase invoice serves as proof. Keep it: it is what entitles you to service.
