3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which HP printers take the 655 black cartridge (CZ109AE)?
It is listed as compatible with four Deskjet Ink Advantage models: the 3525 (CZ275C), 4625 (CZ284C) and 5525 (CZ282C) e-All-in-One, as well as the 4615 all-in-one (CZ283C). Check for the number 655 or the reference CZ109AE on the cartridge you are replacing.
How long does a 655 black cartridge last before it runs out?
Approximately 550 pages from 14 ml of black ink. At a rate of around ten pages a day, that represents nearly two months of printing before the next replacement.
Is the HP 655 black ink pigment-based or dye-based?
Pigment-based. It is designed for HP thermal inkjet printing technology, and the complete cartridge weighs only 40 g for its 14 ml of ink.
Can I replace just the black, or do all the cartridges have to be changed?
This reference is sold individually and contains only black: you replace just the black cartridge of your Deskjet Ink Advantage, without touching the others.
Is this a genuine HP cartridge or a compatible cartridge?
Genuine. It is the HP 655 black cartridge, manufacturer reference CZ109AE and barcode 886112546069: neither a third-party copy nor a remanufactured cartridge.
Is an ink cartridge covered by a warranty?
Yes, 3 months, with the invoice as proof. It is supplied new in its original HP packaging, with the reference CZ109AE legible on the box: enough to check on unpacking that it really is the 655 black.
