3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What do the stated 6,000 pages for this cyan toner really represent?
It is an average composite cyan/yellow/magenta yield in continuous printing, declared in accordance with the ISO/IEC 19798 standard: the figure does not refer to cyan alone. Black is measured separately, at 5,500 pages, and actual yields vary significantly depending on the images printed.
Which printer does this HP 507A cyan toner fit?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 500 M551. Check the model number on your machine: the 507 range consists of black CE400A, cyan CE401A, yellow CE402A, magenta CE403A and high-yield black CE400X, all in the 390 × 164 × 206 mm format.
Do all three colours have to be replaced at the same time?
No. Each colour is a separate cartridge — cyan CE401A, yellow CE402A, magenta CE403A, black CE400A — and this reference contains only cyan. You replace only the colour that has run out, which keeps printing costs to a minimum.
Is there a high-yield version in the 507 range?
Yes, in black: the 507X (CE400X), rated at 11,000 pages, versus 5,500 pages for the standard CE400A black. Cyan is offered as the 507A CE401A, rated at 6,000 pages. HP recommends high-yield cartridges for those who print frequently.
How can I tell when the cyan toner is nearing the end of its life?
The cartridge has built-in smart technology that makes it easier to track usage and reorder supplies: you order before the toner runs out mid-print. It installs quickly and easily, without taking the printer out of service.
What should I do with the toner cartridge once it is empty?
It can be returned through HP Planet Partners, a take-back programme available in more than 50 countries and regions. Collected cartridges are recycled responsibly: HP does not refill them, resell them or ever send them to landfill.
Is this cyan toner genuine HP, and what warranty applies?
It is an Original HP LaserJet toner (CE401A), new, with HP ColorSphere technology for uninterrupted, uniform prints; HP recommends its laser papers for the best results. The warranty is 3 months, with your invoice serving as the warranty document. Datasheet (PDF).
