3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is there a version that prints more pages than this 507A black toner?
Yes, the HP 507X (CE400X), a high-yield black toner: 11,000 pages versus 5,500 pages for this 507A. Both share exactly the same format, 390 × 164 × 206 mm. For a sustained print volume, the X version halves how often you need to replace it.
Which printer does this CE400A toner fit?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 500 M551. The CE400A is the black toner of the 507A series: check the model number printed on the front of your machine before ordering. The cartridge installs quickly and easily.
Do all four toners have to be changed at the same time?
No, each colour is a separate cartridge: black CE400A (5,500 pages), cyan CE401A, magenta CE403A and yellow CE402A (6,000 pages each). You replace only the one that has run out.
How do you track this toner's usage, and what should you do with the empty cartridge?
The smart technology built into Original HP LaserJet toner cartridges makes it easier to track usage and reorder supplies. Once empty, the cartridge can be returned for recycling through the HP Planet Partners programme, available in more than 50 countries.
How are the stated 5,500 pages measured?
It is an approximate average yield based on the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The actual yield varies considerably depending on the content of the pages printed: allow a margin relative to this average.
Do colours stay consistent from one paper to another?
Yes. With HP ColorSphere technology, colours are professional and uniform, with consistent print results across a range of laser papers designed for professional business printing.
Is this HP 507A toner genuine, and what warranty does it carry?
