1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 2 740 MAD up front by card, then 15 559 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this 75-inch ViewBoard display have an operating system?
No: it is designed without a native operating system. You connect your own machine via USB-C, or you add a slot-in PC in its OPS slot.
How many people can write on this display at the same time?
The panel offers 40-point touch: around ten hands can work simultaneously across the 75 inches, which really comes into its own at this screen size.
Does the display stay readable in a very bright room?
It has an anti-glare coating and a 1200:1 contrast ratio, raised to 6000:1 in dynamic contrast. Anti-glare matters as much as brightness when facing a large window.
Is a single cable enough to present from my laptop?
Yes: the USB-C connection is plug and play — picture, touch and power over the same cable, with up to 65 W to charge the computer during the presentation.
What ports does this 75-inch display have?
Three HDMI, one USB-C, one VGA, two USB 3.0, one USB 2.0 and an OPS slot. HDMI accepts 3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz.
Which PC can be installed in the OPS slot?
A slot-in PC running Windows, Linux or Android. An EDLA-certified OPS adds the advanced whiteboard and access to the Google Play Store; a FreeDOS or UEFI Shell module allows a custom installation.
Is this 75-inch ViewSonic interactive display new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new ViewSonic display, an IFPG1 series ViewBoard in 75-inch UHD 4K (3840 × 2160). The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year.
