This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Is this interactive display Google-certified?
Yes: it runs Google EDLA-certified Android 14, which gives access to Google's business apps and their security updates. A whiteboard is built in.
How many people can write on this display simultaneously?
Fifty simultaneous touch points, with infrared touch. The surface is protected by anti-glare, anti-smudge 9H tempered glass, which does not retain finger marks.
Does this display charge the computer connected to it?
Yes: its USB-C port delivers up to 65 W, enough to power a laptop during the presentation. A second USB-C, a DisplayPort, a VGA and three HDMI 2.0 complete the inputs.
Can this display stay on all day?
It is rated for a duty cycle of 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a typical power consumption of 99 W. It is a professional display, not a repurposed TV.
What network connectivity does this display offer?
Two Gigabit LAN ports, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, along with four USB 3.0 and an OPS slot to slide in a PC. Wireless screen sharing is built in.
Is this display heavy to install?
28.44 kg without stand, measuring 1,488 × 907.5 mm and under 10 cm thick. The wall mount must be sized accordingly, and installation takes two people.
