1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Does the Kensington Slim N17 2.0 block access to the ports?
No: it is designed to leave all of the computer's ports usable. On an ultraportable with only two or three of them, a lock that blocks one makes the machine unusable as a workstation.
Which slots is the Kensington Slim N17 2.0 designed for?
For Wedge slots, wedge-shaped, found on ultra-thin and 2-in-1 computers. The lock is also stated to be tested and approved by Dell — a manufacturer validation that is rare for this type of accessory.
Does the Slim N17 2.0 tilt the computer once it is in place?
No, its slim profile prevents any raising or instability: the machine sits perfectly flat. That is what sets a lock designed for ultraportables apart from a bulkier universal model.
Does a thin cable protect as well as a thick one?
