1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Does the Ubiquiti POE-48-24W-G adapter comply with the 802.3af standard?
No: it supplies passive PoE on pairs 4-5 and 7-8, in Ubiquiti's format, not standard 802.3af/at. A device expecting standard PoE will not work with it — that is the first thing to check.
How much power does the Ubiquiti POE-48-24W-G adapter deliver?
48 V DC at 0.5 A, i.e. 24 W. This budget determines what can be powered at the end of the cable: an antenna or an access point, not a power-hungry motorised camera.
Does the Ubiquiti POE-48-24W-G adapter protect against lightning?
It withstands a maximum surge discharge of 1,500 A on the power side, with clamping at 11 V on data and 60 V on power. Its earthed mains cord is what allows the discharge to drain away.
