1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this band compatible with my Galaxy Watch7 or my Watch Ultra?
No. Galaxy Watch8 series bands only fit the Galaxy Watch8 and Galaxy Watch8 Classic: not the Watch7, nor earlier models, nor the Watch Ultra, which requires its own dedicated bands.
Do you need a tool to fit or remove the band?
No. A button on the back of the Galaxy Watch8 or Watch8 Classic releases the band with a simple press, thanks to the dynamic lug system. Changing bands to suit your style of the moment therefore takes an instant, without tools.
Can you keep the watch on your wrist to sleep with this band?
Yes, it is designed for that: 9.6 g, making it the lightest of the Galaxy Watch8 bands, in smooth-textured nylon for a soft, airy feel. Designed for sleep, it offers gentle, reliable support for a restful night, and follows your movements.
What size is this band and how is it adjusted?
It measures 220.32 × 30.70 × 3.22 mm, in size S/M. It fastens with Velcro, so adjustment is continuous: you adjust it to the millimetre, without the usual compromise between one notch too tight and the next too loose.
What is this Samsung band made of?
Nylon made from post-consumer recycled materials, combined with a Velcro fastening for a streamlined fit. It is a flexible, smooth-textured fabric, designed for lasting comfort during extended wear.
What exactly is in the box?
The band only, in size S/M: it is a replacement or additional accessory for a Galaxy Watch8 or Watch8 Classic that you already own. The watch is not included in the box.
