3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does the HP 130A yellow (CF352A) toner fit?
The HP LaserJet Pro Color M176 and M177 multifunction printers, including the M176n and M177fw versions. Check the part number on the yellow cartridge currently installed: it should read CF352A or 130A.
What is the yield of the HP 130A yellow?
About 1,000 pages, a composite yield declared for cyan, yellow and magenta according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The three colours are measured together on a set of standard pages: it is an average, not a maximum.
Does black last more pages than yellow on an M177?
Yes: 1,300 standard pages for the CF350A black cartridge, compared with 1,000 pages for the yellow, cyan and magenta. On a machine used for mixed printing, the colours therefore run out before the black.
How long do a thousand pages last in use?
Two 500-sheet reams. For an office printing around a hundred colour pages a month, one yellow cartridge lasts almost a year; with regular marketing use, expect two to three months instead.
How much storage space does an HP 130A cartridge take up?
363 × 83 × 86 mm: 36 cm long, even though the machine itself is compact. A full set of four colours therefore needs a proper shelf, not a desk drawer.
Does replacing the cartridge require any adjustment?
No. The cartridges in this range are designed specifically for the M176 or M177: the swap takes a few seconds, with no tools or settings, and printing resumes straight away.
Does the HP 130A yellow toner contain recycled plastic?
Yes. The recycled plastic contained in HP cartridges helps reduce plastic waste. A point worth documenting for companies subject to a responsible purchasing policy.
Does the CF352A replace the other colours on the M176?
No, it only supplies yellow. The CF350A black, CF351A cyan and CF353A magenta are three separate part numbers: check all four levels before ordering, so the machine is not out of action twice.
Is this HP 130A yellow toner new and under warranty?
