1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How deep can the Insta360 Ace Pro go?
32 metres. That is three times more than the GO Ultra in the same category, limited to 10 m: enough to accompany a freedive or a scuba descent, without an additional housing.
Does the Insta360 Ace Pro really film in 8K?
Yes, with Active HDR, on a 1/1.3-inch 48-megapixel sensor. Active HDR preserves detail in the highlights and shadows within the same shot — as when coming out of a tunnel or filming against the light.
How good is the Leica lens of the Insta360 Ace Pro?
A 151° wide-angle with an f/2.6 aperture. The 151° takes in the action very close to the subject; the f/2.6 aperture lets in a lot of light, which explains the claimed low-light performance.
Does the horizon stay level with the Insta360 Ace Pro?
Yes, thanks to Horizon Lock, combined with FlowState stabilisation. The camera can rotate in every direction and the image stays horizontal: that is what makes mountain bike or motorbike footage watchable.
Can you control the Insta360 Ace Pro without touching it?
Yes: it accepts voice and gesture control. With gloves on or your hands busy, it is the only way to start recording — the very situation in which an action camera needs to start.
Is the Insta360 Ace Pro camera new and under warranty?
New, in original Insta360 packaging, with its 2.4-inch flip touchscreen. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
