1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What does “Max Control” mean on the Gigantus V2 Pro?
That this model is set to the slowest glide level in the range. The Gigantus V2 Pro series comes in five versions, from maximum control to maximum speed: this one brakes the most, for steady aiming rather than fast, sweeping movements.
What are the dimensions of the Gigantus V2 Pro Large?
500 × 480 mm and 4 mm thick. It is an almost square format that gives the mouse a wide range of movement — consistent with a control-oriented mat, where your hand covers long distances.
What does the Gigantus V2 Pro's GlideCore foam bring?
It is the proprietary foam that, together with the surface weave, determines the mat's friction level. It is what distinguishes the five versions in the range: the fabric alone is not enough to achieve consistent glide behaviour.
Is the Gigantus V2 Pro backlit?
No, it has no Chroma RGB lighting. It is a mat entirely devoted to glide behaviour: no power cable, no software, just the surface and the foam.
Is the Gigantus V2 Pro rigid or soft?
Soft, with a cloth surface. It follows the shape of the desk, rolls up for storage, and its 4 mm foam absorbs irregularities in the work surface.
