The Bosch PLENA PRM-UST is a music source in a 1U 19-inch rack format, combining an SD card reader, two USB ports — one on the front and one on the back — and an FM tuner with RDS. It plays mp3, wma, wav, flac, ape and m4a files, and a 16 GB SD card is included. Separate outputs for the player and the tuner, plus a combined output that gives priority to the player and switches automatically to the radio, make it easy to play background music in a shop, a hotel or a reception area. Supplied with its remote control and two RCA cables. Black RAL 9017 housing.

Which sources does the Bosch PLENA PRM-UST combine?
Three: an SD card reader, two USB ports — one on the front, one on the back — and an FM tuner with RDS. The front port takes the flash drive of the day, the rear port a flash drive left permanently in the rack.
Which audio formats does the Bosch PRM-UST play?
mp3, wma, wav, flac, ape and m4a. Support for flac and wav matters: these are lossless formats, which avoid the audible degradation of a heavily compressed mp3 played on a loop all day long.
What happens when playback stops on the Bosch PRM-UST?
Its combined output switches automatically to the radio. The player has priority; as soon as it stops, the tuner takes over on the same output. The background music therefore never stops, even at the end of a playlist.
Can the player and the radio be played in different zones?
Yes: the PRM-UST has separate outputs for the player and for the tuner, so you can route each source independently — the playlist in the shop, the radio in the stockroom, for example.
Is a memory card supplied with the Bosch PRM-UST?
Yes, a 16 GB SD card. It also comes with its remote control and two RCA cables: the unit is ready to play as soon as it is installed in the rack, with no extra accessory to order.
