1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

How far does this Insta360 selfie stick extend?
From 36 cm to 3 metres. Three metres is the distance of an aerial shot at first-floor height — without a drone or flight authorisation.
Why is this selfie stick called invisible?
Because in 360° video, it falls in the blind spot between the camera's two lenses: the software makes it disappear from the final image.
Doesn't a 3-metre selfie stick bend under the camera?
It is made of carbon fibre, described as light and rigid. It is this material that allows it to hold this length without bending under the camera's weight.
Can this selfie stick be attached to other devices?
Yes: it has a universal 1/4-inch thread, the one used on photo tripods. Any camera or adapter with this screw thread can be mounted on it.
Is this Insta360 Extended Edition selfie stick new and under warranty?
