3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What use is the HP 652A black toner intended for?
For enterprise workgroups with managed printing, and for SMEs that produce their own marketing materials in-house. That is the stated positioning of this range, and it says more than the cartridge yield alone.
Which printers take the HP 652A (CF320A) toner?
The HP LaserJet Enterprise M651 series (M651n, M651dn, M651xh) and the M680 multifunction printers (M680dn, M680f). The black cartridge currently installed should carry the part number CF320A or 652A.
How many pages does an HP 652A cartridge print?
11,500 pages, a yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard in continuous printing. The figure applies to standard pages: very dense documents lower it, plain text stays close to it.
Do you need to remove a seal before installing the 652A cartridge?
No. The seal is removed automatically: the cartridge goes straight in, with no tab to pull and no messy handling. A real time-saver on a machine shared by a whole department.
