This product is covered for 5 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

APC Easy Rack · Reference ER7FANTRAY

Heat leaves
through the rear door.

A single-fan tray that fits into the rear door of an APC Easy Rack enclosure and expels the hot air exhausted by the equipment.

Airflow from front to rear

Fresh air enters through the front of the rack, passes through the equipment and leaves hot at the back: the tray supports this path by pushing the air out of the rack. It mounts in the door, not in the 19-inch units, and so leaves the full usable height to the equipment. The box contains the tray, its fan and the installation guide.

Designed for Easy Rack range enclosures, such as the Easy Rack ER6222: the manufacturer does not present it as a universal accessory.

Where does this fan tray mount?
In the rear door of an APC Easy Rack enclosure: its fan pushes hot air out of the rack from the back. Installation does not touch the installed equipment, since the tray sits in the door and not in the rack units.
How many fans does it contain?
Just one: the tray comes with one fan and its installation guide. It is a low-cost solution to help remove heat from an Easy Rack enclosure delivered without an installed fan.
Is it compatible with another rack brand?
It is designed for the APC Easy Rack range, whose rear door it fits. The manufacturer does not present it as a universal accessory: for another rack, first check the ventilation options offered by its maker.
What are its dimensions?
