1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

1,199.75 kg when stationary, but 599.65 kg when rolling. The second value is the one that applies while it is being moved: it is half as high, and it is the one to respect when moving a rack that is already equipped.
What are the dimensions of the APC ER6222 rack?
600 mm wide, 1,200 mm deep, 1,991 mm high, for 42 U to the 19-inch standard. The 1.20 m depth accommodates long servers and leaves room for cables at the rear.
Does the APC ER6222 rack arrive assembled?
Yes, it is pre-assembled, with its side panels and castors. That makes a difference of several hours on site: a kit rack needs two people and a morning before the first server can go in.
Does the APC ER6222 rack comply with standards?
It is certified EIA-310E — the standard for 19-inch racks — as well as UL 2416 and UL 60950-1. EIA-310E compliance is what guarantees that any 19-inch equipment will fit in it.
