1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

1,360 kg when stationary and 1,134 kg under dynamic load, i.e. while it is being moved. These are two different limits: the second one applies until the rack is installed in its final position.
What are the dimensions of the HPE 42U P9K07A rack?
600 mm wide by 1,075 mm deep, for 42 units of height. Overall dimensions: 59.78 x 112.52 x 200.6 cm. Measure the door openings before ordering: a 42U rack cannot be dismantled.
Is the HPE P9K07A rack supplied with its panels?
Yes, with its side panels and baying, as well as a standard locking handle. The side panels matter: without them, hot and cold airflows mix between neighbouring racks.
