Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility : the printers visible in the image are only an example of use: only the exact reference of the consumable guarantees compatibility with your machine.
  • Quantity : an image of a multipack or a multicolour set says nothing about the packaging sold — the number of units and the colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Yield : standard, XL and high-yield versions most often share the same photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does the HP 81A toner (CF281A) fit?
The HP LaserJet Enterprise M604 (n, dn), M605 (n, dn, x) and M606 (dn, x), as well as the M630 multifunction printers (dn, f, h, Flow z) and the M632. Check the reference of the cartridge currently installed: it should read CF281A or 81A.
How many pages does an HP 81A cartridge last?
10,500 pages, a yield declared in accordance with the ISO/IEC 19752 standard for monochrome supplies. The figure is based on standard test pages with standardised coverage: very dense documents bring it down, while ordinary text sometimes exceeds it.
What do you gain by switching to the HP 81X instead of the 81A?
The yield rises from 10,500 to about 25,000 pages per cartridge. Note one point that is rarely mentioned, however: high-capacity cartridges are not supplied with the printer; they are sold separately.
How much space does an HP 81A cartridge take up?
391 × 193 × 300 mm. It is a departmental printer cartridge, far bulkier than that of a desktop printer: allow for the corresponding storage space if you keep one or two in reserve.
Is the HP 81A made for a small business or for a large company?
Both. This range targets small and medium-sized businesses as well as large enterprise customers who want consistent print quality and high volume: 10,500 pages per cartridge on departmental printers designed to run continuously.
Does the HP 81A toner deteriorate if it stays in storage for several months?
No. A laser cartridge contains a dry powder: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog while it waits. Keeping a spare cartridge is therefore the rule on departmental printers, where running out brings an entire floor to a halt.
Is this HP 81A toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP toner. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Full datasheet: HP 81 LaserJet toners.
