3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers accept the HP 508A Cyan toner (CF361A)?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M552 and M553; HP also lists it for the M577 multifunction printers. Note the full model number on the printer's label before ordering.
How many pages does the HP 508A Cyan toner last?
5,000 pages, an average composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared in accordance with the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. Actual yield varies considerably depending on content: visuals with solid blue or green areas use up cyan far faster than a text document.
What is the difference between the HP 508A and the HP 508X in cyan?
The X is the high-capacity version: the 508X Cyan (CF361X) is rated at 9,500 pages against 5,000 for this 508A, in a cartridge with exactly the same dimensions. The choice comes down to your monthly volume, not the space available.
Does black last longer than cyan in the 508A series?
Yes. The 508A Black is rated at 6,000 pages, whereas cyan, yellow and magenta stay at 5,000 pages each. The gap carries over to high capacity: 12,500 pages for the 508X black against 9,500 for the colours.
What does the ColorSphere 3 toner in HP 508 cartridges bring?
Its distinctive feature is a low melting point: the powder fuses to the paper at a lower temperature, which lets the printer maintain its quality at full speed without the fuser having to heat up further.
Is the cartridge authenticated by the printer on installation?
Yes. HP's exclusive anti-fraud technology, built into every genuine LaserJet toner with JetIntelligence, authenticates the cartridge the moment it is installed: a counterfeit is therefore flagged before the first print.
How much space does a spare HP 508A cartridge take up?
395 × 147 × 161 mm, about 40 cm long. Plan for a shelf rather than a drawer, and store it flat in its original box until the day it is needed.
Is the HP 508A Cyan toner new and under warranty?
