3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers does the Lexmark 808M magenta toner (80C80M0) fit?
The Lexmark CX310 (CX310n, CX310dn), CX410 (CX410e, CX410de, CX410dte) and CX510 (CX510de, CX510dhe, CX510dthe). The reference to check on the magenta cartridge currently installed is 80C80M0.
What is the yield of the 808M magenta cartridge?
About 1,000 pages, a composite cyan, magenta and yellow yield declared in accordance with ISO/IEC 19798, measured in single-sided printing. Material with a lot of red will empty the cartridge sooner.
What does “Return Program” mean on this Lexmark cartridge?
The cartridge is patented and sold at a lower price in exchange for a commitment: a single use, then return to Lexmark for remanufacturing or recycling. Replacement cartridges without these conditions are available from the manufacturer.
Can the magenta cartridge be refilled after use?
No. It is licensed for single use only and stops working once a set quantity of toner has been delivered. This is the counterpart of the Return Program, and it applies to all four colours in the range.
Is there any toner left in the cartridge when it needs replacing?
Yes, a variable amount, as stated by Lexmark. The cartridge stops at a set threshold: the stated 1,000 pages already take this into account.
Does this cartridge protect against counterfeits?
Yes. It automatically updates the printer's memory to prevent counterfeit or unauthorised third-party cartridges from being installed, with no action required on your part.
Is the 808M suitable for a department that prints a lot?
It is a standard-yield cartridge, intended by Lexmark for low-volume printing: a lower purchase price, but fewer pages than a high-yield cartridge. Beyond that, the high-yield version is more economical per page.
Can the 80C80M0 print the other colours?
No, it only supplies magenta. Black, cyan and yellow are separate references on the CX310, CX410 and CX510: check all four levels at once before ordering.
Is this Lexmark 808M cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine Lexmark supply, reference 80C80M0. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months. Keep it in case a defect is found.
