3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the HP 410A Magenta toner (CF413A)?
The HP Color LaserJet Pro M452 (M452dn, M452nw) and the M477 multifunction printers (M477fdn, M477fdw, M477fnw); HP also lists the M377 series. Note the full model number on the machine before ordering.
How many pages does the HP 410A Magenta toner last?
About 2,300 pages, an average composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared in accordance with ISO/IEC 19798. Actual yield varies considerably depending on content: visuals heavy in pinks and reds use up the magenta much faster.
What is the difference between the HP 410A and the HP 410X in magenta?
The X is the high-yield version: the 410X Magenta (CF413X) is rated at 5,000 pages against 2,300 for this 410A, in a housing that is barely wider. HP specifies that these high-yield cartridges are not supplied with the printer.
Do the four colours of the HP 410A have the same yield?
Yes, all at 2,300 pages: black, cyan, yellow and magenta are rated at the same capacity, in an identical housing. The difference only appears at high yield, where the black 410X rises to 6,500 pages against 5,000 for the colours.
Can the magenta be replaced on its own in a Color LaserJet Pro M452?
Yes. The four colours in the 410 series are separate cartridges, each in its own slot: the magenta is removed and replaced without touching the black, cyan or yellow, which stay in place.
How can you guard against a fake HP 410A toner?
The cartridge features HP's exclusive anti-fraud technology, backed by the brand's cartridge authentication and protection policies. This is what keeps out counterfeits and the quality defects they cause.
Does the HP 410A Magenta toner contain recycled plastic?
Yes. HP incorporates recycled plastic into its original cartridges, which reduces the plastic waste generated by the supply accordingly over the life of a fleet.
