3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers accept the Canon CL-511 colour cartridge?
A large part of the PIXMA range: the iP2700 and iP2702, the MP series (MP230, MP240, MP250, MP260, MP270, MP280, MP480, MP490, MP495…) and the MX series (MX320, MX330, MX340, MX350, MX410, MX420).
Does this cartridge contain all three colours?
Yes: cyan, magenta and yellow share the same reservoir. There is therefore only one colour cartridge to order, and it is replaced in one go — black, on the other hand, remains a separate reference.
How many pages does the Canon CL-511 colour cartridge print?
Approximately 250 pages. It is a format for home or moderate office use: for a workstation that prints in colour occasionally, it easily covers the year.
Does installing the cartridge require a technician?
No. It is designed to be fitted by the user, without tools: the cartridge clips into its slot and printing resumes right after.
Is the CL-511 suitable for photos as well as documents?
Yes. Its three-colour combination is aimed at sharp documents as well as colourful photos and graphics, for everyday use at home or in the office.
How can you be sure to order the right Canon reference?
By the code 2972B007AB or the marking CL-511, to compare with the colour cartridge already installed. The PIXMA range has very similar references from one model to the next.
Is this Canon CL-511 cartridge new and under warranty?
