3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What is DURABrite Ultra ink?
It is Epson's all-pigment ink system: printed documents resist water, smudging and highlighters, with a target quality close to laser.
Is this ink suitable for double-sided printing?
Yes, particularly so. Its fast drying is presented as ideal for double-sided printing: the first side is dry when the sheet goes back through for the second, which avoids marks.
How can you tell how many pages an Epson cartridge holds before buying?
It is written on the box: Epson states the yield in number of pages clearly on every package in the DURABrite Ultra range, in the standard as well as the very high-capacity version.
When should you prefer the very high-capacity version?
When you print a lot. Epson puts it this way: the standard size limits the replacement cost for occasional use, while the very high capacity is made for large volumes.
How many cartridges does the package contain?
Just one: the pack is a single 6.5 ml cartridge. The other colours are each ordered separately.
