3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers does the Canon PGI-2400XL BK cartridge fit?
It is listed as compatible with the Canon MAXIFY MB5040, MB5340 and iB4040, where it integrates into the printing system. Before ordering, compare the reference on the cartridge you are removing with this one: 9257B001AA, the high-capacity black version of the PGI-2400 range.
2,500 pages: what does that mean in practice for an office?
Approximately 2,500 pages in black, or five reams of 500 sheets. Its 70.9 ml volume is aimed at environments with high print demand: you space out replacements considerably and gain in productivity.
Is the ink pigment-based, and what difference does that make in use?
Pigment-based. Black text comes out sharp and stays durable, which suits documents meant to be archived, signed or handed to a client. That is what makes it suited to high-quality prints and professional documents.
Does this reference also contain the colours?
No: it is a black-only cartridge, sold individually and not as a pack. You therefore only replace the black, when it runs out.
Is the cartridge genuine Canon and covered by a warranty?
