3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers accept the HP 973X black cartridge (L0S07AE)?
The HP PageWide Pro 452dw and 452dwt, as well as the 477dw and 477dwt multifunction printers. The black cartridge currently installed should carry the reference L0S07AE or 973X.
How many pages does the HP 973X black cartridge print?
About 10,000 pages, for an ink volume of 182.5 ml. It is a consumable for a machine shared by a whole department: twenty reams of 500 sheets per cartridge.
What do you gain with the X version rather than a standard cartridge?
2.5 times more pages, at a lower cost per page than standard cartridges. That is the central argument for high yield on a PageWide Pro 400, a machine designed for large volumes.
What is HP PageWide technology?
It is the printing system specific to this range of machines, designed for high speeds: only genuine HP PageWide cartridges are intended to keep up with the pace the printer was built for.
Is the HP 973X ink water-resistant?
Yes. It is a pigment ink, formulated to resist water and fading: archived documents remain legible over time, even after accidental contact with a liquid.
Does replacing the cartridge interrupt work for long?
No. PageWide cartridges are designed for easy, quick replacement, even in the middle of high-volume print jobs: you swap it, close the cover, and the machine starts again.
Ten thousand pages: what print rate does that correspond to?
At one thousand pages a month — the pace of a department of a few people — one cartridge covers more than eight months. At three thousand pages a month, count on a quarter.
How much does an HP 973X cartridge weigh?
About 0.33 kg — noticeably more than an office inkjet cartridge, which is explained by the 182.5 ml of ink it carries. Plan the corresponding space in the consumables cabinet.
Do these cartridges cause recognition problems on the machine?
HP highlights the opposite: these cartridges are presented as letting you spend less time troubleshooting device problems, because they are designed together with the machine as a system.
Does the L0S07AE print in colour?
No, only in black. The PageWide Pro 452 and 477 are colour machines: cyan, magenta and yellow are separate references, whose levels should be checked at the same time as the black.
Is this HP 973X cartridge new and under warranty?
