Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility : the printers visible in the image are only an example of use: only the exact reference of the consumable guarantees compatibility with your machine.
  • Quantity : an image of a multipack or a multicolour set says nothing about the packaging sold — the number of units and the colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Yield : standard, XL and high-yield versions most often share the same photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which Canon copiers does the C-EXV 49 yellow toner fit?
It is designed for the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3320i, C3325i, C3330i, C3520i and C3525i. Check the model printed on the front of your copier before ordering.
How many pages does the C-EXV 49 last, and for what print volume?
Approximately 19,000 pages. It is a high-volume toner, designed for offices with heavy printing needs: at 1,000 pages a month that use yellow, it lasts more than a year.
Is a single reference enough for a fleet mixing C3320i and C3520i models?
Yes. The C-EXV 49 yellow covers both series — C3320i, C3325i and C3330i on one side, C3520i and C3525i on the other. A mixed fleet can therefore be supplied with a single yellow reference.
What print quality can I expect on long colour runs?
It is laser printing: sharp and precise, designed for professional colour documents. Colours stay vivid and true even on large volumes.
Is this a genuine Canon toner, and is it under warranty?
Yes: a genuine Canon toner, reference 8527B002AA, new, with a 3-month warranty. It is designed specifically for the imageRUNNER ADVANCE series.
