3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Bank card

Your everyday Moroccan bank card is enough — Visa, Mastercard or CMI, no special card required. Foreign cards are accepted too. Secure payment by Attijari Payment.

Cash on delivery (deposit of 300 DH by card or bank transfer)

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 749 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Certified cheque

Certified cheque payable to “sgm2i”. Have your bank certify the cheque, then send us a copy on WhatsApp (+212 6 64 10 46 24) or to service.client@iris.ma — we dispatch as soon as we receive it.

Cash at a bank branch

Pay the cash in at any of the 3,400 Attijariwafa Bank branches in Morocco, to the SGM2I account no. 0268 D 000 000 426. You do not need an account there: your ID and the cash are enough.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the Samsung CLT-C404S cyan toner?
The Samsung Xpress C430W, C480, C480W, C480FN, C480FW and C483W. The reference to look for on the cyan cartridge currently installed is CLT-C404S or ST978A.
How many pages does the CLT-C404S cyan print?
About 1,000 pages, or two reams of 500 sheets. It is a yield suited to a personal printer or a small office: for regular colour printing, keep a spare cartridge from the day you set the printer up.
Is the CLT-C404S an original Samsung supply?
Yes, it is an original toner with the reference ST978A, designed to work with Xpress printers without any particular adjustment. A third-party cartridge sometimes means putting up with printer driver alerts.
Do you need a technician to install the cyan cartridge?
No. Installation is designed to be done by the user, without tools: the cartridge comes out and goes back in within seconds, and printing resumes straight away.
Can the CLT-C404S cyan print all colours?
No, it only supplies cyan. Black, magenta and yellow each have their own cartridge on an Xpress C480: check all four levels before ordering, so the printer is not out of action twice.
Can the Samsung toner be stored for several months?
Yes. It is a dry powder, not a liquid ink: nothing evaporates and no nozzle clogs. A spare cartridge kept in its packaging remains usable as is.
Is this Samsung CLT-C404S toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, original Samsung supply. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
