3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the Samsung CLT-M404S magenta toner?
The Samsung CLX-3302, 3303, 3304 and 3307 multifunction printers, as well as the Xpress SL-C432 range, C433, C462, C463, C467, C482 and C483. The reference to check is CLT-M404S or SU246A.
How many pages does the CLT-M404S magenta print?
Approximately 1,000 pages, or two reams of 500 sheets. That is a yield for a single workstation or a small office: for regular colour printing, plan on a spare cartridge from the day the printer goes into service.
Is the CLT-M404S a genuine Samsung consumable?
Yes, it is a genuine toner with the reference SU246A, designed to fit the CLX and Xpress printers without any particular adjustment. A third-party cartridge sometimes means putting up with printer driver alerts.
Do you need a technician to install the magenta cartridge?
No. Installation is designed to be done by the user, with no tools: the cartridge comes out and goes back in within seconds, and printing resumes right away.
Can the CLT-M404S print all colours?
No, it only supplies magenta. Black, cyan and yellow each have their own cartridge on a CLX-3305 or an Xpress C480: check all four levels before ordering.
Can the Samsung toner be stored for several months?
Yes. It is a dry powder, not a liquid ink: nothing evaporates and no nozzle clogs. A cartridge kept in advance in its packaging remains usable as is.
Is this Samsung CLT-M404S toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine Samsung consumable. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
