1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 390 MAD up front by card, then 2 239 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does the HP 57A drum fit?
The HP LaserJet M433a, M436dn, M436n and M436nda. Check the exact model name shown on your machine: the M436 family covers several variants, and the drum is not shared with other series.
How many pages does the HP 57A drum last?
About 80,000 pages before replacement. That is ten times the yield of a typical toner cartridge: drum and toner are two separate consumables, with very different replacement intervals.
What is the difference between the HP 57A drum and a toner cartridge?
The toner is the powder that forms the image; the drum is the photosensitive cylinder that transfers it onto the paper. When regular marks appear despite a new toner, it is the drum that needs replacing.
Do you need a genuine HP drum on a LaserJet M436?
The HP 57A is presented as specifically designed and manufactured for this printer, and HP states that alternatives will not necessarily provide the same quality and reliability. The choice is yours; the information is clear.
Is the HP 57A imaging drum new and genuine?
New and genuine HP, reference CF257A, black, weighing about 1.32 kg. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested if you make a claim.
