3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers is the Epson 101 Black bottle compatible with?
With the EcoTank printers in the 101 range, including the L6160, L6170, L6176, L6190, L6270, L6290, L4150, L4156, L4160, L4260 and the L14150. Check for the 101 reference in your printer's manual.
What volume of ink does the Epson 101 Black bottle contain?
The black bottle contains 127 ml of ink, a larger volume than the colours (70 ml) in the same series.
Is this genuine Epson black ink?
Yes, it is genuine Epson 101 ink (reference C13T03V14A), for quality and compatibility guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Is the bottle sold on its own?
Yes, it is sold individually, in black. The colours (cyan, magenta, yellow) are separate Epson 101 references.
Can I use the 101 Black in an EcoTank L3150 or L1110?
No: the 101 series is reserved for the L6xxx, L4xxx and L14150. The L3xxx, L1110 and L5190 use the 103 series.
