This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the print head of the Epson EcoTank L6270 permanent or does it need replacing?
It uses a built-in, durable PrecisionCore print head: you never replace cartridges, you simply refill the ink tanks with the keyed bottles.
How many pages can you print with the ink supplied with the L6270?
The included set of bottles prints up to 14,000 pages in black and 5,200 in colour, or around three years of printing, at a very low cost per page.
Does the Epson EcoTank L6270 offer automatic duplex printing?
Yes, it offers automatic duplex printing and has a 30-page automatic document feeder (ADF) for scanning or copying multi-page documents without intervention.
Is the L6270's black ink suitable for business documents?
Yes. The black is a pigment ink (the colours are dye-based), which gives sharp, dark, water-resistant text, close to laser output.
What connectivity does the Epson EcoTank L6270 offer?
It offers Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Ethernet and USB. Ethernet is a real plus for connecting it to a wired office network.
Can you print on envelopes or on sizes other than A4?
Yes. It accepts A4, A5, A6, B5, Letter, Legal, 10×15 cm and 9×13 cm as well as envelopes (C6, DL, No. 10), with paper weights from 64 to 250 g/m².
Can you scan to PDF and print from a mobile device with the L6270?
Yes. The scanner produces PDF, JPEG, TIFF or BMP files, and the Epson Smart Panel app (along with Epson Connect and AirPrint) lets you print and scan from a smartphone or tablet.
Does the Epson EcoTank L6270 use a lot of electricity?
No, it is frugal: around 12 W when printing, 5.3 W in ready mode and just 0.9 W in sleep mode. It runs on 220-240 V.
What is the L6270's paper tray capacity and print speed?
The front tray holds 250 sheets. Speed reaches 33 pages/min in black and 20 in colour (15.5 / 8.5 ppm under the ISO standard), with a resolution of 4,800 × 1,200 dpi.
Does the Epson EcoTank L6270 have a screen and a fax function?
It has a 6.1 cm colour LCD screen (non-touch). However, it has no fax function: its functions are printing, copying and scanning.
