1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How many pages can the ink supplied with the Epson L3060 print?
Up to 13,000 black pages and 6,500 colour pages, the equivalent of two years of ink. The box contains six 70 ml bottles: three black and three colour, which explains this monochrome yield, the highest in the category.
Which ink bottles are used to refill the Epson EcoTank L3060?
Part numbers T6641 for black, T6642 for cyan, T6643 for magenta and T6644 for yellow, in 70 ml. Each black bottle gives 4,500 pages, each colour bottle 7,500 pages: figures worth knowing to work out a real running cost.
Can the Epson L3060 print from a phone?
Yes, over Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Direct, via the free Epson iPrint app. The Epson Email Print feature even lets you email it a file from anywhere in the world and find it printed when you get back.
What is the real print speed of the Epson L3060?
10 pages/min in black and 5 in colour according to ISO/IEC 24734, compared with 33 and 15 pages/min claimed at peak on plain paper. The ISO figure is the one that reflects a real job, including the header and document processing.
Is the USB cable supplied with the Epson EcoTank L3060?
No, it has to be purchased separately. The box contains the printer, the power cable, the six ink bottles, the manual and the driver CD. Setting it up over Wi-Fi, however, makes this cable optional.
Does the Epson L3060 print double-sided automatically?
No, duplex printing is manual: you have to turn the stack over yourself between the two passes. It also has no screen, no fax, no automatic document feeder and no Ethernet port.
What is the resolution of the Epson L3060 scanner?
1,200 x 2,400 dpi optical, on an A4 glass. The Epson Scan software is supplied to control scanning from the computer. That resolution is more than enough to archive a document or scan a standard-size photo.
How much space does the Epson EcoTank L3060 take up on a desk?
445 x 304 x 169 mm and 4.9 kg. It takes 100 sheets of plain paper in the rear tray, 20 sheets of photo paper, and prints borderless up to photo size.
Is the Epson EcoTank L3060 new and under warranty?
