1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Bank card

Your everyday Moroccan bank card is enough — Visa, Mastercard or CMI, no special card required. Foreign cards are accepted too. Secure payment by Attijari Payment.

Cash on delivery (deposit of 520 DH by card or bank transfer)

Pay 520 MAD up front by card, then 2 979 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Epson EcoTank M2170 print in colour?
No. The M2170 is a monochrome multifunction printer: it prints, copies and scans in black and white only. It is optimised for everyday documents.
How many pages can be printed with the ink supplied?
The printer comes with enough black ink to print up to 11,000 pages, which greatly reduces the cost per page from day one.
Is the M2170 printhead permanent or does it need replacing?
It is fitted with a fixed, durable PrecisionCore head, built into the printer. You only buy ink, which you pour into the refillable tank.
Does the Epson EcoTank M2170 print double-sided automatically?
Yes, it offers automatic duplex printing on A4 plain paper, which saves paper. Special media are loaded from the rear.
What connections does the M2170 offer?
It has USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct. This is handy in the office: it can be connected to the wired network as well as wirelessly.
Can you print from a smartphone with the M2170?
Yes, thanks to Epson Connect services (iPrint, Email Print, Remote Print), Google Cloud Print and Wi-Fi Direct for printing from a mobile device.
Is the USB cable supplied with the M2170?
The box contains the printer, 2 ink bottles, the power cable and the warranty card. No USB cable is included: plan on a Wi-Fi/Ethernet connection or a separate USB cable.
Does the Epson M2170 use a lot of electricity?
No, it is very economical: about 12 W when copying, 4.9 W in ready mode and 0.7 W in sleep mode. Epson claims up to 95% less electricity than a monochrome laser printer.
Which paper sizes does the M2170 accept?
It supports A4 and Legal sizes, with a 250-sheet tray that cuts down on frequent reloading.
Does the M2170 have a fax or an automatic document feeder?
No. The M2170 has no fax and no automatic document feeder; scanning is done on the flatbed glass.
Does the M2170 have a control screen?
Yes, it has a small 3.7 cm non-touch colour LCD screen for selecting functions directly.
Is the Epson M2170 printer new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed. Your invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year (Epson states 1 year or 100,000 pages). See the datasheet.
