3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers is the Epson 101 Cyan bottle compatible with?
With the EcoTank printers in the 101 range, including the L6160, L6170, L6176, L6190, L6270, L6290, L4150, L4156, L4160, L4260 and the L14150. Check for the 101 reference in your model's manual.
Is this cyan bottle genuine Epson ink?
Yes, it is genuine Epson 101 ink (reference C13T03V24A), for compatibility and quality guaranteed by the manufacturer.
What volume does the Epson 101 Cyan bottle contain?
It contains 70 ml of cyan ink, to be poured into the cyan tank of your EcoTank.
Is the bottle sold on its own?

No: the 101 series is reserved for the L6xxx, L4xxx and L14150. The L3xxx, L1110 and L5190 use the 103 series.
