1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers do you pour the Epson 108 cyan bottle into?
The EcoTank L8050 and L18050, as well as the EcoTank L8100. These are photo ink tank printers: the ink is poured in straight from the bottle, with no cartridge. Check for the code 108 in your machine's manual, as Epson's ranges do not overlap.
What volume does an Epson 108 ink bottle contain?
70 ml. The bottle empties in one go into the printer's cyan tank: there is no chip or unit to click into place, just the ink to pour in. Every shade in the 108 range comes in this same volume.
Is Epson 108 ink pigment-based or dye-based?
Dye-based. The 108 range forms a six-colour dye-based set: the ink penetrates the paper fibres instead of staying on the surface, which gives smooth gradations, natural blacks and accurate skin tones. A formulation geared towards photo printing.
Can you buy the cyan on its own when that tank is empty?
Yes. The six shades in the 108 range are sold in separate bottles, each feeding its own tank. You refill the cyan without touching the other five, whereas a multicolour cartridge would have to be replaced entirely as soon as one colour runs out.
Are the cyan and light cyan in the 108 range the same ink?
No, they are two separate references. The cyan has the code C13T09C24A, the light cyan the code C13T09C54A, and each feeds its own tank. On these photo EcoTank printers, the six colours are filled separately.
Is this cyan ink bottle genuine Epson and under warranty?
Yes, reference C13T09C24A, new in original Epson packaging, with a 1-year warranty covered by the invoice. A genuine ink is formulated and tested for the machine it is intended for, which makes the output of the six-colour set predictable.
