1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

No. This figure of 2,100 photos at 10 × 15 cm refers to the set of six inks supplied as standard with the EcoTank printer, not to a single bottle. This bottle provides 70 ml of yellow, and how long it lasts follows the share of this colour in your prints.
Which EcoTank printers do you pour the Epson 108 yellow bottle into?
The EcoTank L8050 (A4), L18050 (A3+) and L8100, three photo ink tank printers with Wi-Fi. The reference C13T09C44A is the reliable marker: check it against your machine's manual before ordering.
What does the 108 range bring to portraits?
Natural skin tones and smooth tonal gradations: that is the effect of the six-colour dye-based set, which softens transitions where four inks show breaks. Images also gain in contrast and detail.
What volume does the bottle contain, and do you have to buy everything again at the same time?
70 ml per bottle, and each shade is bought separately. The yellow is refilled on its own in its tank: the machine's other five inks stay in place. That is the very principle of an ink tank printer.
Is Epson 108 yellow ink a dye-based ink?
Yes. The whole 108 range is a six-colour dye-based set: the ink penetrates the paper fibres instead of staying on the surface like a pigment, which serves vivid colours and deep blacks on a photo print.
Is this yellow bottle new, genuine and under warranty?
New, in original Epson packaging, reference C13T09C44A. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. A genuine ink is made and tested by Epson for its own EcoTank printers.
