1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many pages does the Lexmark C235HM0 cartridge print?
2,300 pages, or just over four reams of 500 sheets. The yield appears in the very name of the reference: it is the figure to compare with your monthly volume before ordering.
How can I check that the C235HM0 cartridge suits my printer?
Look at the reference on the magenta cartridge already installed or given in the manual: it should read C235HM0. This is the only reliable check, as Lexmark colour printers in the C, CS, CX and MC series use similar but distinct supplies.
What does “Return Programme” mean on this Lexmark cartridge?
As its name indicates, it falls under the Lexmark Return Programme, the scheme through which the manufacturer takes back its used cartridges to remanufacture or recycle them. Sending it back is part of the principle.
Does the C235HM0 cartridge print other colours?
No, only magenta. The other colours are separate references on these colour printers: check the level of each before ordering, to avoid two stoppages in quick succession.
Can the C235HM0 toner be stored for several months?
Yes. It is a dry powder, not a liquid ink: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog. A cartridge kept in reserve remains usable on the day the printer calls for it.
Is this Lexmark C235HM0 cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Lexmark supply, reference C235HM0. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found on the cartridge.
